This is a super quick and effective leg workout! Try and complete this circuit 4-5 times through for the absolute best results and for a butt kicking workout.

  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Split Squats 10/leg
  • 45 second Wall Squat
  • 20 Static Squats

Get ready for an intense leg workout and the great thing is, you can do it all in your living room! No weights are necessary for this circuit, but if you do have a 5lb or 10lb weight go ahead and add this to your workout. I made it four times through and within two weeks worked my way up to six times. It’s definitely a ‘kick you in the butt’ kind of work out. Make sure you refuel your body afterwards with protein and plenty of fluids to replenish the body.
