I’m a bit fitness addict. I LOVE working out and I think I enjoy it so much because it’s part of ‘me’ time and something I can boast about. I also enjoy watching my body progress and see the crazy changes that happen. Pregnancy is a crazy thing and the female body goes through a roller coaster of changes. BUT, you don’t have to settle with the body after pregnancy. I decided to get myself back in shape and my goal was to get my body back the way it was before I got pregnant. Well, I managed to earn an even better body.
